Can anyone let me in on how to remove the ()&#*(&$*(#&($#!!!! armrest airduct?
I'm trying to retrofit the MDI kit, but anfter removing just about every possible trim peice, I still cannot remove the centre console. The handbrake gets in the way on one side, and the dash on the other.

I've seen a DIY on someone going the other way - ie going from MDI to sotrage hole, but of course now I cannot find the damnded thing.

PLEASE help, on the verging of doing something stupid to get it out!

ok, got it out. Had to take driver seat out to make enough room, and them carefully force it under the hand brake. If you do take the driver seat out, do yourself a big big favour and put a blanket over the door sills. I thought I was super careful, but still put a couple scratches in the paint aroudn the door opening  confused
