Bonnet release lever

Anyone know how to remove the bonnet release lever?

Is this any help.




– Pull operating lever -2- and release bonnet.

– Insert a small screwdriver in gap between release lever -2- and clip -3-.

– Lever clip -3- out of release lever -2--arrow- and pull release lever off mounting bracket -1-.
 

For all other work on mounting bracket, remove lower A-pillar trim.

It does, although I got impatient and went onto erwin yesterday to get the diagram. Not to bad as you can save the PDF files for future use - I thought you can only view them while online, and 5EUR and hour is a bit rough.

But I'll be damned if I can see that clip. Maybe you need to be a contortionist midget with a bendy screwdriver to get at it...
